I've managed to arrived at office before 8 a.m. Attendence record is so important in this institution..The personnel people they really care about this and give a hell how good you doing your job. That's why this will be a sign of ruin institution. They keep people who talk a lot but never had action for what have been spoken.

It's sad when we're having a good PM who asked all of us to be best of our nation but some old peoples thay cannot flow with the stream of new generation.

having a life in this institution sometimes made us to have more guts to stay. Some people out there will think our job is so easy and get paid every month but does they're really know how to be and survive in here?

What they like to do is just put all the blame to us when actually the blame creation mostly because of their arrogant and selfishness act that bring us down.

Three years in here i've met so many so called very high spirit people who said they're malay proud entrepreneur..they're new generation of malay businessmen.. But most of them are better to be lecture or teacher. It's just a words of nonsense. This people were the most of people who break their promises and keep us waiting miserably and arrogantly using People's Money without feeling guilty.

Them who keep others in miserable soon will see what HIM above could remind for them.

To build a nation is not an easy way when the nation itself won't change themself...
